Who we are
This website is run by Codepackers Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Codepackers”, “we”).
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, organisation, work email, the challenge area you select and your message, plus your role and phone number if you add them.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss how we might help with the challenge you describe.
Where it is sent
When you press Send, your message travels over an encrypted connection to our web server, which emails it to the Codepackers team. The website itself does not store your message. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.
Like most websites, our web server keeps basic technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
