Who we are

This website is run by Codepackers Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Codepackers”, “we”).

What we collect

This website has no forms and collects nothing you type into it. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, such as your name, organisation, role, phone number and the challenge you describe.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss how we might help with the challenge you describe.

Where it is sent

Your email goes straight from your email provider to the Codepackers team. It never passes through this website. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes basic technical details of each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site. These are kept for a limited period.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Your choices and who to contact
